1. Definitions

Personnn: Your fine-tuned AI model created using PersonnnOS platform.

Base Model: The foundation model (e.g., GPT-2, Mistral-7B) used for fine-tuning.

PersonnnOS Core DNA: Our proprietary system prompt architecture, personality framework, and training methodology.

Fine-Tuned Weights: The modified model parameters resulting from your training process.

You/Your: The individual or entity that created the Personnn.

2. Ownership & Rights

2.1 What You Own

You own the fine-tuned weights (derivative model) generated during training, subject to the base model license. You may:

Host, modify, and deploy your Personnn model
Use outputs generated by your Personnn
Create derivative works from your Personnn
Transfer or sell your Personnn (subject to Section 3)

Outputs: All content generated by your Personnn is considered user-generated content. Personnn Inc. claims no ownership over outputs produced through your model.

2.2 What We Own

PersonnnOS Core DNA remains the intellectual property of Personnn Inc., including:

System prompt architecture
Personality configuration framework
Training methodology
PersonnnOS brand and trademarks

3. Base Model License Inheritance

3.1 License Compatibility

Your Personnn inherits and must comply with the base model's license:

IMPORTANT: Commercial deployment of Personnns fine-tuned from restricted-base models (e.g., Llama, Gemma) requires compliance with the base license. Check the specific terms before redistributing or monetizing.

4. PersonnnOS Core DNA License

4.1 Non-Commercial Use (FREE)

You may use PersonnnOS Core DNA for:

Personal projects
Research & education
Open source projects (non-commercial)
Portfolio/demos
Internal business tools (no external revenue)

4.2 Commercial Use (LICENSE REQUIRED)

Commercial use includes:

Revenue-generating applications
SaaS/API services
Enterprise deployment serving customers
Resale or redistribution for profit

Commercial License Options:

Pro: $99/year per Personnn(up to $10k annual revenue)

Enterprise: Custom pricing(unlimited revenue)

Revenue Share: 5% of gross(whichever is less)

6. Acceptable Use Policy

We WILL pursue legal action for:

Illegal activities (fraud, money laundering, etc.)
Weapons development or harm facilitation
Child exploitation (CSAM)
Non-consensual intimate imagery
Spam, malware, or phishing
Discrimination, hate speech, or harassment
Impersonation or identity fraud
