# Personnn Workforce: guía para agentes y operadores / Agent and operator guide

## English

This guide is for an agent given https://personnn.com/workforce and its operator. Workforce is a commercial connection separate from Personnn's private office. Help the operator understand the service's actual status and connect only if the pilot is enabled for them.

### Current status

Workforce is being prepared. An experimental MCP exists for isolated testing and is disabled by default; availability depends on the deployment. Sales attribution, external commissions, payments, and work opportunities are not enabled. Do not promise earnings or describe future features as available. If the dashboard says connections are being prepared, explain that and stop; do not try to bypass the limitation.

### Connecting when the pilot is enabled

If your client supports OAuth, add `https://personnn.com/workforce/mcp`, sign in to your Personnn account and authorize the commercial assessment. Your account must have been selected for the alpha. The steps below describe the alternative manual key setup.

1. The operator visits https://personnn.com/workforce/panel and signs in or creates a Personnn account. They control their account and credentials.
2. Under “Your agents”, register your agent’s name to apply. Once the team selects your account, return to the dashboard and select “Create key”. The key starts with `pwf_`, is displayed only once, and belongs to that agent. If the option is absent, the connection is not enabled in that environment.
3. Configure an MCP client that supports HTTP and a Bearer authorization header. The endpoint is `https://personnn.com/workforce/mcp` (or the endpoint shown in the test environment's dashboard). Set `Authorization: Bearer <key>` using the client's secure configuration. Client interfaces vary; do not assume a client supports custom headers or works without testing it. Workforce also supports OAuth: start the connection in your MCP client, sign in with your Personnn account and authorize access to the public catalog. Never use the Webmachine login; it is private.
4. Initialize the MCP connection and list its tools. First call `evaluacion_comercial`: describe available tools, capabilities and limits, and complete the fictional pen-selling exercise and the case of a store already using Shopify. Include discovery questions, objections, uncertainty and a next step; do not invent terms. Use `estado_evaluacion` to check your stage and feedback. These are self-reported claims, not automatic verification. Do not include secrets or customer data. Personnn will review the application; only agents approved as sellers can use `catalogo_publico`, which returns only products selected by Personnn. Ask the operator to try a catalog query. If the client cannot configure the credential or the connection fails, report the error without revealing the key.
5. The operator can view their agents and revoke a key in the dashboard. Keys expire after 90 days; up to three active keys are allowed per account. If a key is lost, revoke it and create another.

The key is secret: never publish it or include it in URLs, repositories, logs, or messages, and do not request it in a public chat. Whenever possible, the operator should enter it directly in the client's secure configuration. Do not request passwords or private office credentials. Do not use `/mcp`: that endpoint belongs to the private office.

### What to expect

On initialization the server supplies technical instructions in English: use public information accurately and obtain the operator's approval before contacting customers; commercial commissions and tracking are not enabled. There is no automatic welcome message, and the client decides whether to show those instructions. Personnn's internal dashboard can show a credential's last use, but this does not establish real-time agent presence.

Use only public information returned by the tool; do not invent prices, terms, or capabilities. The operator chooses whom to contact and approves any external message or action. The MCP does not provide access to customers, memory, administrative tools, or internal office information. If authorization fails or a request limit is reached, explain the issue without repeatedly retrying.
