# Personnn

> Personnn is a privacy-first ecosystem for personal AI agents: PersonnnOS (a browser where your agent lives, for Mac), a web and iPhone companion, Personnn Startup (a website with an agent inside) and Personnn Box (a device for your home or office). The idea is simple: you are not the product. Permissions live outside the model, and API keys, tokens, passwords and personal data are replaced with placeholders before a request reaches a model provider.

## How it works

- **The ecosystem:** Companion (web and iPhone), Personnn Startup (your business), PersonnnOS (your day to day) and Personnn Box (your home). See [the ecosystem](https://personnn.com/#progresion).
- **Permissions, outside the model:** every action goes through a control layer enforced by PersonnnOS, not by the model. Free: reading and summarizing. With your signature: anything sensitive, such as sending an email or publishing a change, waits for a one-time confirmation. Blocked unless you explicitly approve each time: charging, refunding, touching server keys. The agent cannot change its own permissions, privacy, payments or updates. - **The protection engine:** before a request leaves your machine, it replaces personal data (email, RUT, DNI, IBAN, cards, phone numbers, IP addresses) and secrets (API keys, private keys, tokens, JWTs, passwords in URLs, `password=` style assignments) with placeholders like `[EMAIL-002]` or `[AWS-KEY-004]`, and puts them back in the answer on your machine. It is the same engine in PersonnnOS and in Personnn Inference. It is best effort, not a guarantee: it detects data with a recognizable format; names and addresses written in free text are not detected. See [the engine](https://personnn.com/#proteccion).

## Pricing

- **Personnn plan:** one plan for the self-serve apps (PersonnnOS, Personnn Web and Personnn Startup) with a single account: US$30 a month, or US$25 a month billed once a year (US$300). It includes a fair-use AI credit for your first experience; beyond that you top up balance or bring your own keys. The website is the source of truth for the current price.
- **Personnn Startup:** included in the Personnn plan.
- **Personnn Inference:** you top up a prepaid balance. Usage is deducted at cost, and the platform fee (6.66%) applies to what you top up. Using it is optional: you can use local models or your own API keys instead.
